Maintaining the temperature relatively constant would reduce the chance of some cooler-prefering bacteria or mold growing on the tablets which sometimes contains sugar, I think. The inhaler, I wouldn't know, except to say that as a child I frequently used inhalers on winter campouts in Massachusetts where our butts froze, too!"
