Where can I get the song Lithium Flower from Ghost in the Shell? I tried looking it up on amazon but from what I saw the soundtrack had lithium flower combined with another song on the same track. I'm just trying to find lithium flower by itself.

Best herb for anxiety? Also, lithium orotate? I am currently on a mood stabilizer for bipolar 2. Lamictal, 100mg a day. I have mild anxiety that can at times get severe. I don't want to add another drug unless absolutely necessary. Been doing some research, and came up with two herbs that may be able to help. Passion Flower, and Valerian. What, in your opinion, would be the best one to take? Also, does anyone have experiences or advice for lithium orotate? I am thinking about adding it to my daily regimen. I know you are going to say talk to my doctor, but none of them are supportive of me taking herbs. Thanks in advance! Wow, how nice, if you would have actually read the question, you would have read that none of my doctors support me taking herbs, they have told me to not take them at all, with no real explanation. Also, I don't look to Yahoo Answers as my definite source for information. I use it as an aid in my quest to find an answer. I know to take the answers on here with a grain of salt. Isn't Yahoo Answers about sharing experiences and giving advice? Thanks Herb Goddess for wanting to help! Personally, I would love to get off all the medications, if that were an option. That's why I'm looking at the lithium orotate. I usually experience anxiety when I am in small spaces and around lots of people. My heart will start racing, palms will get sweaty, and I'll get really, really scared. I am looking for something I could take either everyday, or before I would be exposed to the above situations. Talk to your doctors instead."

oldtimekid replied: "If your doctors aren't supportive of herbs, you could find a doctor that does believe in herbs and use them in addition to help with natural items you'd like to take. As far as the herbs go, the most popular things for general relaxation are Valerian, Chamomile, and Hops.... but some people actually wake up when they take these and are just very relaxed. For general stress and mood, there is St. John's Wort, some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine. You'll want to stay away from SAMe for sure since you have Bipolar... that can have a bad reaction with it. The biggest thing with any of these (especially if you're taking other drugs and have Bipolar) is to check with a doctor or pharmacist, as both have access to a database of interactions between supplements and drugs. Better safe than sorry"

firefly replied: "Valerian I have used. I feel it works. But I have never tried passion flower. You should try aromatherapy! It has been INSTANT relief for my anxiety, it calms me down so fast. Smell is the fastest passage to the brain after all! Try lavender."

Mabo replied: "I got help for my anxiety here: The cool thing is, their cure is a mental technique, so it doesn't interact with drugs! Even better, since anxiety is so closely linked to depression, their cure could help with the low points of your bi-polar condition! I know they've said before that the cure helps bi-polar people too. I agree that you should get a different doctor's opinion. Because even though it's "natural", herbs could still interact with prescriptions, and you don't want to find that out the hard way, at the emergency room. I wanted to stay away from drugs all together, which is why I went with the above website. Now if I start to feel another anxiety attack coming on, I can sit down and think things through for a bit, and I feel 100% better! It's great! I hope you find the answer you're looking for! Herb Goddess replied: "I would love to help, but need some clarification first. Are you wanting to take herbs for anxiety in 'addition' to your current mood stabilizer or as a 'replacement' for it? Are you wanting something to help you deal mostly with the mild anxiety, or the severe bouts of it, or both? As there are different herbs that are better suited to each. Would you classify your moments of severe anxiety as Panic Attacks?"

firechrissy replied: "I just listened the song on YouTube. It seems to me like it's just bad English. Listening to the rest of the song, there is a lot of "engrish" in it. The band that sings it is Japanese. I'm guessing whoever wrote the lyrics isn't fluent in English."
