As measured by HPLC/MS, sildenafil concentration in postrmortem blood (6.27 microg/mL) exceeded at least four times the highest therapeutic levels previously reported. Victor replied: "There is no such thing as overdose on Viagra but a high dose could give you a headache, bunged-up nose and some heart palpitation. You wouldn't get a big permanent erection unless you had a things about nurses' uniforms, I suppose. Take an ibuprofen for the headache and pseudo-ephedrine for the bunged-up nose. You'll feel fine in an hour or so."
